Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow when delivering URN Trivial-HTTP responses, which allow delivery of up to 4KB of allocated heap memory to the client. An attacker can execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service by sending specially crafted URN requests.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling URN access permissions.
