Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Premature Release of Resource During Expected Lifetime in the icp process. An attacker can cause the service to crash or become unavailable by sending specially crafted ICP (Internet Cache Protocol) traffic. This is only exploitable if ICP support is explicitly enabled by setting a non-zero icp_port in the configuration.
Workaround
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling ICP support by setting icp_port to 0 in the configuration file and restarting the service.
