Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Neutralization of Null Byte or NUL Character via the -f option when loading top-level programs containing embedded NUL bytes. An attacker can cause truncation of the loaded program, leading to unintended code execution by supplying a crafted filter file with an embedded NUL character.
