How to fix?

Upgrade sumatrapdf to version 3.6 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Untrusted Search Path when notepad.exe is executed while using Advanced Options setting without specifying an absolute path. An attacker can execute arbitrary code by placing a malicious notepad.exe in the application's installation directory.

Note:

This is exploitable only if Notepad is the default text editor and a malicious notepad.exe is placed in the SumatraPDF directory.
