The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the dotprefix transform process when a chained transform causes the backing buffer to be reallocated, leaving an inspection pointer referencing freed memory. An attacker can cause a denial of service by sending specially crafted network traffic that triggers this condition. This is only exploitable if a rule chains the dotprefix transform after another transform.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by avoiding rules that chain the dotprefix transform after another transform.
