Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling. An attacker can cause the application to consume excessive CPU and memory resources by sending malicious traffic.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling the affected protocol app-layer parser in the yaml configuration or lowering the stream.reassembly.depth value.
Note: The maintainers note that "HTTP2 is considered experimental and disabled by default in 6.0.x".
