Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor in the process of displaying messages containing OpenPGP key attachments. An attacker can cause arbitrary URLs to be loaded without user interaction by crafting an attachment marked as an external reference, which can bypass remote content blocking. On Windows systems, this can result in the leakage of NTLM credentials if the URL points to an attacker-controlled network share. This is only exploitable if the user is running the application on Windows and receives a specially crafted message with an external OpenPGP key attachment.
