How to fix?

Upgrade torvalds/linux to version 4.9.292, 4.14.257, 4.19.220, 5.4.164, 5.10.84, 5.15.7 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in the hns_dsaf_ge_srst_by_port function. An attacker can cause memory corruption or potentially execute arbitrary code by passing a crafted value for the port parameter that exceeds the bounds of the mac_cb array.

Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
