The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.
In a few clicks we can analyze your entire application and see what components are vulnerable in your application, and suggest you quick fixes.
Test your applicationsUpgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.4.281, 5.10.223, 5.15.164, 6.1.101, 6.6.42, 6.9.11 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in the dtl_file_read process. An attacker can cause a kernel crash or potentially execute arbitrary code by triggering a copy operation from kernel memory to userspace that is not properly whitelisted when CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY is enabled. This is only exploitable if the system is configured with CONFIG_HARDENED_USERCOPY and the attacker has access to read from /sys/kernel/debug/powerpc/dtl/cpu-*.
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
