The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Test your applicationsUpgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.4.297, 5.10.241, 5.15.190, 6.1.149, 6.6.103, 6.12.44, 6.16.4 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in the mdt_loader process. An attacker can cause kernel memory disclosure, heap out-of-bounds writes, and system crashes by supplying a crafted or truncated MDT/ELF firmware image that is parsed by the vulnerable code path. This can result in reading and copying large amounts of kernel memory, corrupting control data, and panicking the kernel during device probe or runtime resume. This is only exploitable if the attacker can place a malicious firmware image on the local filesystem and trigger device activity that loads the firmware.
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
