The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.
In a few clicks we can analyze your entire application and see what components are vulnerable in your application, and suggest you quick fixes.
Test your applicationsUpgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.10.253, 5.15.203, 6.1.167, 6.6.130, 6.12.78, 6.18.19, 6.19.9 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-Bounds in the ceph_handle_auth_reply function. An attacker can cause the kernel to perform an out-of-bounds memory read by sending a crafted CEPH_MSG_AUTH_REPLY message with a manipulated payload_len field that triggers an integer overflow, resulting in pointer underflow and access to memory outside the intended buffer. This can lead to disclosure of sensitive kernel memory and denial of service by crashing the kernel worker processing the connection.
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
