How to fix?

Upgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.10.259, 5.15.210, 6.1.176, 6.6.143, 6.12.93, 6.18.35, 7.0.12 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the pskb_carve_inside_header and pskb_carve_inside_nonlinear functions. An attacker can achieve privilege escalation or cause a denial of service by triggering use-after-free conditions through crafted zerocopy TCP messages using MSG_ZEROCOPY from an unprivileged local process.

Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
