The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation in the forget_cached_acl process. An attacker can gain unauthorized access to protected files or modify data by exploiting stale cached ACL values after permissions have been tightened. This can be achieved by triggering specific sequences of filesystem operations on a FUSE-backed mount, such as manipulating ACLs and accessing files concurrently.
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
