The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.
In a few clicks we can analyze your entire application and see what components are vulnerable in your application, and suggest you quick fixes.
Test your applicationsUpgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.10.265, 5.15.216, 6.1.183, 6.6.151, 6.12.103, 6.18.44, 7.1.8 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-Bounds in the vmw_cmd_draw process. An attacker can read and write out-of-bounds kernel memory by supplying a crafted command stream with a manipulated header->size value, causing an unsigned integer underflow and bypassing bounds checks. This allows dereferencing of memory far beyond the intended buffer, potentially leading to privilege escalation or system instability by issuing malicious DRAW_PRIMITIVES commands through the DRM render node interface.
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
