How to fix?

Upgrade torvalds/linux to version 6.6.158, 6.12.111, 6.18.53 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure in the get_wave_state process. An attacker can access sensitive kernel memory and cause a denial of service by supplying crafted values for cp_hqd_cntl_stack_size and cp_hqd_cntl_stack_offset via the MQD structure, leading to an unbounded copy_to_user operation that leaks adjacent memory or triggers a kernel oops.

Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
