The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.
In a few clicks we can analyze your entire application and see what components are vulnerable in your application, and suggest you quick fixes.
Test your applicationsUpgrade torvalds/linux to version 5.10.271, 5.15.222, 6.1.189, 6.6.158, 6.12.111, 6.18.53, 7.2.7 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure through the tx_queue_len parameter. An attacker can exhaust system memory by setting an excessively large value, causing oversized ring buffer allocations in network subsystems such as pfifo_fast, tun, and tap, potentially leading to system instability or denial of service. This is only exploitable if an unprivileged user has access to a user and network namespace with specific kernel configurations enabled (CONFIG_NET_SCHED, CONFIG_VETH, CONFIG_USER_NS, CONFIG_NET_NS).
Note: The Linux kernel project assigns a CVE to every bug fix it ships, whether or not the bug has been shown to be exploitable. This advisory was generated from that process and has not been individually assessed for exploitability. See the kernel's CVE process documentation: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/process/cve.rst
