CWE-189  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

There is no fixed version for torvalds/linux.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS). Integer overflow in the rds_cmsg_rdma_args function (net/rds/rdma.c) in Linux kernel 2.6.35 allows local users to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly trigger memory corruption via a crafted Reliable Datagram Sockets (RDS) request, a different vulnerability than CVE-2010-3865.
