Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor via the vhost_new_msg function. An attacker can read some kernel memory contents by reading from the /dev/vhost-net device file. This is only exploitable if the attacker has local privileged access.
