Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Control of File Name or Path through the tracing API. An attacker can corrupt system files and cause service disruptions by manipulating the trace file path to point to critical system files or locations.

Notes: This is only exploitable on Linux systems if the attacker has high privilege access to configure the trace file path.
