How to fix?

Upgrade troglobit/libuev to version 2.4.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow due to improper handling of the maxevents parameter in the epoll_wait function. An attacker can execute arbitrary code or crash the application by providing a maxevents > 10 value.

Note:

It is unlikely that more than 10 events will occur simultaneously, so this vulnerability is very unlikely to occur.
