Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Infinite loop in the MEGACO dissector process. An attacker can cause the application to enter an infinite loop and crash by providing a specially crafted pcap file.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling the MEGACO protocol dissectors via the Enabled Protocols dialog box in the Wireshark GUI application or by configuring the disabled_protos option.
