Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improperly Controlled Sequential Memory Allocation in the HTTP3 dissector process while decrypting traffic using a keylog file. An attacker can cause the application to crash by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted pcap file.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling the HTTP3 protocol dissector via the Enabled Protocols dialog box in the Wireshark GUI application or by configuring the disabled_protos option.
