Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Selection of Less-Secure Algorithm During Negotiation ('Algorithm Downgrade') in the HAVE_ENCRYPT_THEN_MAC process. An attacker can compromise the integrity and confidentiality of encrypted communications by exploiting the fallback to an insecure message authentication mode.
