How to fix?

Upgrade wolfssl/wolfssl to version 5.9.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation due to improper validation of the AES-GCM authentication tag length in the wc_PKCS7_DecodeAuthEnvelopedData function. An attacker can bypass authentication by truncating the authentication tag, significantly reducing the cryptographic strength of the tag verification process.
