Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free via unmanaged pointers to TypeDefinition in the Wasm::Global and Wasm::Table classes in the JavaScriptCore WebAssembly implementation. An attacker can cause an unexpected crash by processing maliciously crafted web content that causes exported WebAssembly globals or tables to outlive their associated Wasm instance, resulting in TypeDefinition instances being garbage-collected while the Wasm::Type fields in the globals or tables still contain dangling pointers that are dereferenced during value validation.
