Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the handling of L2CAP configuration requests due to improper validation of the per-command data length in the l2cap_br_conf_req and l2cap_br_conf_rsp functions. An attacker can cause memory corruption and device crash by sending specially crafted signaling commands that exploit a length underflow, resulting in out-of-bounds reads and writes.
