The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Write via the log_filter_set syscall verifier process. An attacker can cause kernel memory corruption and potentially escalate privileges by supplying a negative value to the src_id parameter, which is improperly validated and used as an unsigned index, resulting in out-of-bounds memory access and modification. This is only exploitable if CONFIG_USERSPACE=y and CONFIG_LOG_RUNTIME_FILTERING=y are enabled.
