Upgrade zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr to version 3.7.0-rc1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to NULL Pointer Dereference in the smp_error() function. A malicious BLE device can disrupt the operation of a physically proximate BLE device by sending a malicious sequence of packets, if LE Secure Connections is in use and the Controller does not support ECC (BT_TINYCRYPT_ECC=1).
