Overview
node is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the dns.resolveAny function when processing a DNS response containing more than 256 A records. An attacker can cause the process to abort repeatedly by sending specially crafted DNS responses.
