Overview

node is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure via WebAssembly export names, which can be used to inject JavaScript that can expose data and functions that shouldn't be accessible to the WebAssembly application.

This vulnerability is exploitable when using the --experimental-wasm-modules CLI option.
