Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition in the daemon file handling. An attacker can create or overwrite arbitrary files by replacing parent directory components with symbolic links during the window between validation and use. This is only exploitable if the chroot setting is false.
