How to fix?

Upgrade org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15to18 to version 1.86 or higher.

Overview

org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15to18 is a Java implementation of cryptographic algorithms.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Timing Attack through the GF arithmetic and the fixed-weight support sampler in HQCEngine. An attacker can recover information about the HQC private key by observing cache behavior or decapsulation timing while the code processes secret inputs during encapsulation and decapsulation. The GF(2^8) arithmetic exposes operand-dependent table accesses, and the support sampler’s collision handling and secret-index writes leak information from the key material re-expanded on each decapsulation.
