Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

authlib is a library in building OAuth and OpenID Connect servers.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Open Redirect via the is_secure_transport function in authlib/common/security.py, which performs a case-folded string prefix check on the raw URI rather than parsing it. An attacker can bypass the secure-transport check by supplying a URI whose string representation begins with an allowed prefix (such as https://) but whose actual parsed scheme or host differs, for example through embedded credentials or unusual URI formatting, causing the library to treat an insecure transport as secure.
