The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Uninitialized Resource via the rscc_decode_frame() path in libavcodec/rscc.c. An attacker can disclose heap memory contents by supplying a crafted RSCC video file whose compressed tile decompresses to fewer bytes than the tile geometry requires, causing the decoder to copy unwritten bytes from the persistent ctx->inflated_buf into the output frame. The leaked data can include prior heap allocations or pixels from earlier decoded frames, exposing memory to anyone who can decode the malicious file.
